I checked the USCIS SERVICE CENTER PROCESSING TIMES , the Vermount center, for I-140, Immigration petition for alien worker, advanced degree or exceptional lability, they alreay proecessed the cases until January 06, 2003. My case was sumitted on the October 10, 2002, but still have not heard any news? I am wondering what is going on, it is strange, would you please let me know how is going ?
