Track I-140 summitted on Oct.2002

I checked the USCIS SERVICE CENTER PROCESSING TIMES , the Vermount center, for I-140, Immigration petition for alien worker, advanced degree or exceptional lability, they alreay proecessed the cases until January 06, 2003. My caes was sumitted on the Octocber 10, 2002, but still have not heard any news? I am wondering what is going on, it is strnage, would you please let me know how is going ?

I have applied for I-140 with CSC in July 2002. I have not applied for I-485 along with I-140. They have not processed mine...Will this mkaes any difference. Any advice what to do?? I a
