Track - EB2 cases that would get retrogressed by JAN 08

Hi Gurus,

My case is eligible for adjudication by all means - NSC - PD Aug 2000, 485 filed Jan 2007, Security check cleared, Just been assigned to Officer on 12/14/2007.

Not sure if the case would be processed before Dec 2007. Else my case is destined to be retrogressed.

If you are also in same situation, please share your experiences.

I have been checking for any LUD changes. NOTHING is happening.

Called customer service, and he mentions that an Officer may have cases upto 500 and some risk is involved that if the case is not adjudicated before Dec 2007, it will surely gets retrogressed and one has to wait again till visa's availablity..

Any of you seeing LUD changes?? please share..
 
I have 5 LUDs since Dec 5th. First one is because of RFE issuance and 4th one is when RFe response is received by USCIS. Remaining are soft LUDs
 
I am in the same boat

I am also in the same boat. All checks are done and waiting to be assigned to an officer (this has been the state since Dec 6th). Opened a SR for the 485 application. No LUDs in December. I doubt there will be any in this month :(
