Hello:
I am a H1 visa holder and currently visiting my parents in India. A couple of questions given my parents are attending their first tourist visa interview in a few days:
1) My parents are showing enough funds to financially support themselves for their trip. Since they will be staying with me in the US (technically boarding), do I still need to submit I-134 as a proof?
2) The I-134 states: "If you (sponsor) are outside the US, the affidavit must be sworn to or notice affirmed before a U.S. consular or immigration officer"
Has anyone done this before? How can this be done, since I am not going for the visa myself, along with my parents?
Appreciate any response,
Thanks in Advance,
SumanaR
