Tourist Visa for Brother-??

Hi,
I am a permanent resident in US. I am thinking of getting my brother(21yrs) on a 2 month Tourist visa to US. I am concerned if his visa could get rejected because of his age and travelling alone from India to US.
Any experiences and suggestions please share.
 
My sister's (20y) and sister-in-law's (36yrs) visitor visas were bothe denied. I am from India. I do not knnow about other countries. If you are from India, I think it is a futile effort.
 
Visa for my Brother

I have a green card and would like to invite my brother who is older to me. He suffers from down syndrome. What special should I do to get him visa?

Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.

Your sister and Brother can get Non Immigrant visas if you approach the right people for assistance. You need to show non immigrant intent and sufficient proof that you would return to your home country and have ties back home.
