Tourist entry to Canada question

Hello. I Hope someone can give some advice.
I am an Australian wanting to visit Canada for a week & I don't need any visa. I've been in Mexico for the past 5 years on tourist visas. I am single, I don't work and am supported financially by my family. I don't have a return ticket to Australia yet (not required by the Mexican authorities) so my return ticket will be to Mexico.
My question is, what documentation/proof do I need so the Canadian immigration officer will be satisfied that I won't overstay in Canada? I have been to Canada twice in the past, on the way to Mexico but they were just overnight stays. Even so, the immigration officers were asking many questions & were quite aggressive.
Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks, Ted
