Hi,

Thanks for all the advice to me in pervious posts. I have a new question, this is for a friend.

My buddy is illegally in the US, she has her homecountry passport expired, and her has no drivers license or any kind of identity card. Her daughter is a USC.

Is it possible for daugther to file for mother? If yes, what kind of identification is required? CAn one go in for medicals if you dont have identification?

Thanks

Her daughter should be at least 21 years old.
For health issues normally they want to check out the identity not necessary if the passport it's expired, BUT that depends in the health provider policies. In any case she can go to her Consulater or Embassy and ask for a renewal if her country offers those services.
Good luck,

just to ad to the information post above

When you apply thru USC spouse, the person that is aplplying must have come to the EUA with inspection.- Legal entry.

ff illegal entry you must go thru a extra t process

In your case I understand that you may apply thru USC daughter.

Again i recommend that you contact a lawyer to find out if the same law above aplly to you.
