Tough decision made easier by USCIS

To sue the Attorney General of US, the Secretary of Homeland Security, the Director of USCIS and the Director of FBI in one shoot in a Federal Court is not something we do every day...not an easy decision; you, by yourself, against four guys who can "eat you alive" if they want to!
I had for the past week moments of doubt since I've decided that before the begining of the next month I'll file my complaint in USDC.
And deep in my heart I was hoping that I'll get my interview notice and then I'll postpone my lawsuit until after the interview, and at the interview I'll get the Oath Notice and then...you get my draft ;)

Today it happened a "miracle" USCIS sent me a sign :D
Since Dec. 16, 2005 the posted processing date for Portland OR was July 7, 2005.
Finally they changed today (40 days later!) the processing dates to...May 17, 2005 :D :D

For me their message is loud and clear: DO NOT WAIT ANYMORE, SUE THEM!!!

Sometimes USCIS has a "magic touch" and "miracles do happen" :D :D

Thank you USCIS...AND SEE YOU IN COURT ;)

Today I checked processing dates for my local district office and they rolled back 6 months (from April 2005 to November 2004).

My guess - they are full of s*it as it has been proven time after time. I also think that they are onto the whole "a decision within 4 months of the interview" thing and at least they wanna protect themselves from people who filed their paperwork recently. The backlog are getting longer and longer and there is no end in sight.

But I'm with you on this issue - this is make the decision on filing a lawsuit easier.
