Tough Asylum Case

Month ago I sent letter about my asylum case which has not been paid attantion by USCIS Asylum Office for 2 years to congressman who is elected from my state .But I've not receive any responce yet...
How long might it take?
Please who can give me advice about this stuation?

If you have case problem with the USCIS, the best people I would are the people at the Obdusman's office. This is very quick and responsive. I have contacted them twice and both times they were very helpful. Once they recieve your complaint, they will launch a formal inquiry into your case and will send you a notice informing you that they had contacted the office in question and that that office will respond within 45 days. Even though this office does not have superpower, they can move your case.


About your congress man; I have not idea. I have never contacted them, though I have seem many individuals who were helped through their congress man.
