I found out lot of good information on this site and regiestered to post my questions.
My question is : I came here on H1B visa in NOV-98. So far, I have visited my country(india) 2 times for one month each time, i.e altogether 2 months. Current VISA expires in DEC-03.
(1) So will my 6-year term is going to end in NOV-04 or Can I apply extension for that 2 month which I have spent out side of this country. i.e. Can i apply for the extension of H1 again for those 2 months till JAN-05.
(2) If I can apply the extension, Should it be special extension for only 2 months OR can I add these 2 months when I file for the extension this month ?
