Took INS 7 month (Texas office to approve) my I-131 and now its lost

I filed I-131 back in June and after INS entered wrong zip code for my attorneys address and later lost copies of my marriage license I finally got it approved on Nov. 27. On Dec. 10th it was mailed out to me (according to INS) but today is Dec. 19th and nothing. I have tickets for Dec 24th and don't know what to do… Would they be able to re-issue it in local office (Dallas) or I'm doomed !!! Any advice would be appreciated....

I believe local INS offices issue temporary travel documents, just like they issue interim EADs. I have a friend who is doing this for the past 3 years. I know that the houston INS office does, I hope Dallas one does too.
