Took apointment for Newark regarding my case

Hi,

I took a appointment today for Sept, 9 2004 for my case enquiry by Info Pass. My case is pending for more than 32 months. I initiated two enquires and no response uptill now. I alos contacted senator, replied wait for 60-90 days, standard reply. I also initated the FBI name check 20 days back, hope the results will come soon.

I thought of taking a appointment and talking to the immigration officer. Did any body took and the appointment and talked, if talked what is the outcome. Please give your opinion.

RD - 01/22/2002.
ND - 02/06/2002.
FP2 - 04/05/2004.
NO RFE.

How to take appt?

Can you tell me how can we take an appointment if our case was pending for so long time? also can please post your experience after coming bakc from the interivew.
