If case is assigned in last week of september,after rfe submission,and if I have still not heard from CSC(over 6 weeks now!),is it normal?Has anyone got approval in this kind of situation?

Been there twice

at least. My latest rfe response received by INS on 9/27 and case assigned on 10/15 but nothing happened since.

Yea don't worry too much. INS is just slow, I once had an RFE on my H1 Renewal, took them 90 days to give a decision after they got my papers. They are just slow so take it easy.

They received my RFE June 28th - we got our approval Oct 18th.

They say 120 to 160 days is the max they can sit on it.

So yours must be coming soon. Don't worry!
