Too Many Fingerprint notices

Hi,

My wife and I got our initial fingerprints done on Oct. 29, 2002. After this my wife got second notice from local INS office for re-fingerprinting on Dec. 18, 2002 as her fingerprints were rejected by FBI. Last week we both received another notice Lincolon INS for fingerprints in Feb 2003.

Can anyone please tell me what to do?

I rcvd two finger printing notices. Second one before we did the first finger printing notice.

When we showed it at the finger printing office, they said neglect it.

Even before you got fingerprinted you had two notices I gather.

In my case I'm not sure what to do. As we have already been fingerprinted before and my wife has been fingerprinted twice. Should I go again for fingerprinting or neglect the notice. Any adivice?
 
contact INS office or your lawyer

I would suggect contacting the INS office either local or the center. I did call TSC and conveyed that I have rcvd two notices even before we went for the first ( fingerprinting )

I was told ( by local office and then TSC ) so far as the purpose is same ( i.e. AOS ) for both the notices I need not bother about second notice ( as I have already done the finger printing ).
