Too late to apply for green card through RN in 2 and half years?

No body. I mean no body can answer the question on what will be retrogressed 1 month from now forget about 2.5 yrs. If anyone predicts they are lying.
I would say i you like nursing as a profession and most importantly can get admission into a program ( which believe me is far from easy) then go ahead.
