Too high salary..after using AC21

Hi,
My client is forcing me to join as employee and though they are ready to specify in the appointment letter OR letter to BCIS in case of RFE the same job duties that i have in my LC, the salary is going to be about 35 K high.

Is this going to create a problem for me in case i get an RFE?.

I dont have any copies of my labor / I140 filings. My
attorney has been sitting on my request to send me copies.

Is there any other way to find out what exactly is
'my duties / salary' etc in my GC files with BCIS?

I am not planning to quit my employer....but just in
case!!!
