Too few applicants?

We are in our second week of recruitment and we only received one resume. I'm concerned that if we get audited that getting too few applicants will elevate suspicions of the CO? Those who got certified, would you care to share the number of applicants that applied and were found unfit for the job. Thanks

there were no applicants for our ads. PERM approved in 3 weeks.
