To Zhongman: about your spouse case

Unfortunately no. INS received our reply for RFE on May 20 and we haven't heard from them since. On the other hand, my wife's fingerprints expired at the end of June. I tried that 1-800 number before the end of June, but they just gave me 999 days b.s. It seems that we can do nothing but waiting. Any suggestions?

Another thing is now that finger prints are done electronically, INS should have a database of our finger prints. Why would they want us to do finger prints again? It is a waste of resources to me.

Seems that we are in the same boat. My case was approved in May last year, but my husband's case is still pending.
