i have PM u.And any update on your case?Today i called TSC todat they told they dont see any action cancelled just case is waiting for visa no.I really dont know what to do.

today i have an update and the case status changed to:

previously they told me the same thing what they told you. visa no unavailability. so totally confused as of now. i am not even in uSA as of now. just waiting for attorney to get something from oct 3rd....
