To whom is the RFE mailed...please reply

To whom is the RFE mailed if the green card process is through the company\'s lawyer. Do I also get a copy of from the INS or does the lawyer only gets it. The reason I am asking this is because my company\'s HR person is lousy and will not inform me if something like this happenned. Does the AVM changes if a RFE is sent.

I\'ll really appreciate any inputs on this....

The norm that the RFE is sent to the lawyer, and the AVM changes, anyway i think you cannot guarantee any thing with VSC.

Usually it goes to the lawyer and the AVM changes. Some of the lawyers would not even let you know about this if the RFE is for a simple issue.In my case it was for an employement letter and without my knowledge my lawyer got it from my company and I got my GC approval

can you tell me how long you have waited between your RFE check and your GC approved. because i am in the same situation. my RFE is just for an employment letter. thanks in advance.

It is very helpful. INS received my response on DEC 8. So I have to keep waiting...
