Espirit..I was so turned off by the USCIS that I stopped checking my case status after my I sent my last RFE. so I can't tell you if my status was locked or not..I think lots of folks have reported that the status is locked before your case is approved...Is your status locked?

and I'm getting so fed up with this....I think i'm gonna take a brake for a while cuz I feel like i'm gonna go nuts.
I mean I check that fu$#@ status every day 432 times a day and nothing

Espirtis, You sure you haven't missed a FP? Your FP have expired..there is no way they will approve you unless another BIO(FP CODE 1) is requested. THey are automatically generated so you should be waiting for BIO CODE 1...or did you do that this year?

or did your bio was code 3?

Now you really freaking me out.......
I did BIO code 2 on 08/26/05, I did 2nd FP(god know what code was it) in 2004, and that's it.

P.S. I haven't changed address since 2002

Your FP have expired. 15 months it takes to expire. I am not freaking you out but my point was look for a BIO CODE 1 in your mail ok? Unless they approve without new FP's but that I have never heard of.

Call the USCIS and ask them that your FP have expired..when will you get them again.

So my case is far from getting approved, if I haven't gotten BIO 1 lately?
Is that what it boils down to?

But you know when I call them, the rep tells me to sit tight since my RD is 06/2001 because now they're approving late 00's. I don't think they even open our files when we call them. They go strictly by your RD

I am sorry to be suggesting this but you need to lie to the dorks. Tell them you are 06/00. I know i know its not right but you have no other choice. And you may say they may know by your LIN# but they do not...i mean 9/10 at the 1800 number ask you when did you apply...

You can sit and be patient or you can call and lie if you want...YOu have no other choice because they will not help you.

I'll call them tomorrow, to see what the hell is goin' on.......
I'm thinking and it doesn't add up........
My FP were expired back in August when I did BIO 2, why didn't they ask for BIO 3 if my FP were expired at the time??????

I think I'm gonna have a heart attack from all this

Just chill. Everything is automated by USCIS unless an officer looks. Whats gonna happen to your case is, either

a)Officer comes to your application, everything is good and complete but notices that the FP are expired, he says who cares and approves

b) Same scenario but says you need new FP's and sends you a BIO CODE 1 and approves.

My sister got approved in 2003 with expired fp cuz I just went and looked at her case file and her history just to be sure. Her FP expired and she was approved. So it can happen..maybe since she was a chick..no offense to you either :)
