How long since you noticed a new date in the system and you received the RFI in the mail?

What's the status of your case right now? Was it already approved?

I'm asking because I just noticed a new date change in my case.

I recieved a RFI after like 2-3 days of the date change. MY ND date is May 2001. I sent the RFI but nothing has changed..It still says "your fingerprints were received" blah blah...It doesnt say RFI received...I sent through my lawyer so I will ask him to follow on it...He does it when I take him out to Lunch..!!

How long did it take to receive your fingerprints? I took my fingerprints on March 22nd, and hope they will receive them soon. My ND was Dc. 99, and it should have been approved by now, but the damn FPs were expired!!!

I did my fingerprints in early june 2004 and they updated my status on June 9, 2004 saying that Your fingerprints were received on June 9, 2004..etc etc..

If your date is before the Dec 18th 1999 cutoff date, I highly suggest that you send a status inquiry to Nebraska to check on your status. I agree with you - you should have been approved by now if your ND date is Dec. 99.

Thanks! My ND is actually Dec. 20, 1999. I did call the toll free number in Nov. 2004 to inquire about the status of my case, and they sent me the usual stupid letter. Then I got a note to re-do my fingerprints in Feb. So, I will wait for another month or so, if I don't hear form them, I will contact them again. It's ridiculous!
