To use EAD or to transfer H1b

Hi friends,
Please suggest me about how to proceed, as I anticipate a change in employment. My current status is H1b. My concurrently filed I-140 and I-485 are pending. I have EAD. If I have to move to a new job what to do? Use EAD or ask the new employer to transfer my H1B. Is it possible to transfer H1b while 1-140 and I-485 are pending.

concurrent versus separate

Should I file I-140 alone or wait additional 3-4 weeks to file concurrently with I-485 to TSC? Do the processing times differ? I have a valid H1b , so I am not in a hurry to get "Interim EAD".
