I am going to file two I-140 at the same time. In the form, there is an item asking "If you ever file immigration petition. If so, give case number(s)".
But of cause I don't have case numbers, what to do?
Leave it blank or say Not applicable. I think it is common sense. If you have not filed anytime before and you dont have any case numbers means this does not apply to you.
