Hi, Could you please send a remainder mail to everyone whose 485 is not approved in the list and their Receipt Date is before August 1st 2001.

Because some people in the list who got approved are not updating the list....

Just send them a remainder...so that we will have the final score...
 
I agree that\'s a good idea ...! but it should be one time Courtesy mail reminder .

About 95% of the people update their approval but some do forget because of excitement or celebrations.
It would be a good idea to send reminder e-mails but in my opinion, we should wait till july1 as most of people will have completed one year of filing and would have got their approvals.
We can send out e-mails on 1st of every month. What do you think?

Sounds good to me...

Currently you are sending the mail when somebody update the status to Approved. Could you please add message in that mail saying "Update your Approval info if you have not done before" so that they will update their info....
 
Thats good, but What if the user has not subscribed to the feature?

I have not subscribed to this feature and hence I will never get the reminder.

Another idea could be to send out a reminder email if they are not approved and their LUT > x days. A value of x=60 is reasonable because as the INS processing speed increases, the users will hear something or other in 60 days.

If someone has not subscribed....

he will not receive an e-mail.But an e-mail will anyways be sent out to a user when he completes one year after RD as a reminder.

Could you please send an e-mail or correct the data.
1. If FP date is before ND
2. ND is before RD
Most of the cases 2002 has been wrongly updated with 2001. And when we do the sort, we are not getting the required results.
 
Greaty - Check the spelling Mistakes ...you might have done it in a hurry.

a)when somebody updates his/her info the messagebox has wrong spelling !

b) Immigration Calculator spelling is wrongly spelled .
 
oops, Yes, I did that in hurry, thanks for bringing to my attention, did you check,,

header rows are repeated in the Month wise approval tracking for easy viewing.

I\'ll check, but..

In some cases people don\'t know their information, in that case they enter invalid data. But I\'ll check and let you know. And we will do something about the same.
