To re-sign all your documents

My wife went interview in Hialeah,Fl on april 13th 2009. They have asked her about Last name which is my name. Interviewer got confused the last name and middle name of her. She didn’t get N-652 and but she have seen that she got an approved stamp on the paper.

On April 25th, She got a letter from USCIS to appear again for Interview.

X - Reason: To re-sign all your documents or to request name change documentation.


Any one have similiar kind of experience like this? and what she has to bring(documents) to the interview?

It is a very normal procedure since she will use your last name.
She will only need to be there and sign documents. Nothing to worry.

Thanks again immigrant7777. Hurray! My wife got oath cermony paper on May 15th. They have asked her to sign application again and changed her last name(!) it was like that before. God bless everyone.
