Dear raju does the NVC AVM change when they recieve the P3 and what is the msg if it is change , dhl just deliver my p3 to nvc today when i expect they begin processing it?thanks.

Yes. The AVM message does change but it takes some time before NVC get the info into their computer system after the packet 3 is delivered at NVC. It takes about 5 to 10 business days for the packet 3 info to appear in the NVC system.

So give it some more time.
