it is ok to fill online ds-230 part one the online one and send it rather the orginal one send by NVC along with the barcode paper they send, i saw this way it is better than manual writting send the online document use PDF format to fill which is clear and nice?thanks.

There is nothing special about the forms sent in by the NVC.

You can fill the forms online and keep them ready and send
them back with the bar-coded sheet you receive in the cover.
