Dear raju ,
i have some view questions,first of all i have f2b case which dated sep/95 today DOS annouces nov-2003 visa numbers and still for f2b as 01-may-95 and my application is in stage of P3 review it is with NVC now,so as your experince what do u expect to me to have interview date,should i wait until the visa numbers advance to be sep/95 or the NVC continue the process and i may got my interview within 2 to 3 months,what is the procedure for such case,

I am sorry to be not able to give any specific information.
This is simply because my comments and suggestions, as are
everyone else's, are based on my personal experiences and
the posts that have appeared in these forums.

From what I can gather from your post, your's looks like a case
for which the Immigrant visa status is not current.

So, your case is stopped at a certain stage in the process for
the visa numbers to become current ( become available for that
period). I have no idea whether this wait happens with the NVC
or your Consulate (Doha in your case).

I don't know what choices you are looking for, because everything
is driven by the NVC or the Consulate. It is my assumption that
the interview would not take place unless the numbers become
current for your time period.

Just hang in there, and keep cool!

thanks for ur answer,my case is as the following priority date is 9/95 and as u know it is F2B and they work on now 5/95 what i notice is that it is stopped this month,all i need to know is that if they will move on soon to reach my month or maybe it is frozen until the end of 2004?
and does NVC has hands or expect the dates moving so they send the papers to prepare?i'm on stage of P3 review by NVC ,what do u suggest ?
 
simply what i do want to know is as from ur experince with the priorty dates it will stop again this year or keep going on like 2003 which was the coolest movement since i follow it in 95 ?what do u think ?

pure speculation and I don't want to do that!

PCC from Canada

Gurus,
Please help. I have applied for PCC from Canada on October 10th that is taking over 150 days now i.e receive cert. sometime in March.
My lawyer says he can file for CP (AC-140) with Mumbai in Nov. 2003. Going by other cases, chances are I might get interview in Feb, 2004.
I am afraid my Canada PCC won't be available then. Should I have my lawyer wait for 1 more month i.e. Dec, 2003 or request the consulate to re-schedule my appt. if that does happen?

any help is appreciated
