Of late, the tranfer of cases from one service center to the other or to local offices has gone up considerably.
More often, a lot of old cases 2.5 years or more are being transferred creating uncertainty and further more wait times in the range of months to a year. These last minute transfers are creating havoc in the lives of many people.
Examples : My case transferred from TSC to VSC.
Another case I have seen on this forus transferred from TSC to NSC and many others.
In all this tranfer scenarios, there is no guarantee that our cases would be picked up based on the initial RD/ND and what would the possible wait time or possible outcome.
So please include some provision or point in your case to expedite these transfer cases.
