Since you have sent your RFI(medicals), has your online status updated?? or any correspondence from uscis??
 
Nothing yet..

No Wantmygcnow nothing yet since I have sent my Medical and Biographic but I'll give them couple of more days due to this Holiday weekend.
I'll keep everyone posted.

My mail was picked up yesterday, (7-5-05) by INS Express. It was signed by G Christian @ 10:14 a.m.

I sent by Express Mail, last Friday. It got there Saturday and they colleted it yesterday, now the agonizing wait.

Same here..

I sent mine via Express mail on Friday as well. It got delivered there on 07/05/05 @ 12:19 P.M. according to the tracking system at USPS website. But I haven't heard anything from the USCIS as of yet.
 
I just checked USPS online delivery status, I've sent it yesterday and it was received this morning and signed by G. Christian. No online status or date change. I'll keep you posted.

Thanks for sharing, I see they looked at your case two more times. Someone at USCIS must like you! Is it true that you were finger printed threee times? I am not trying to raise any flags, just curious.

Yes, first time just as I applied for PA, or before my first interwiew with an I/O. Second time, before the approval of my case and third time was last year in May. I cannot recall anybody else in this forum having FP's more than twice, but I guess all cases are different. How many times did you have to do it? Thanks.

Bone,

I was finger printed twice. First time back in 1995, when I applied for Asylum and the second time, last May.

Hi everyone.

Last week on June 30th, 2005 my attorney had send my RFI that mean my biographic information, and the statement for my medical which had send with my original I-485 application, so today July 6, 2005 my status have been update by BCIS and this is the information below:

Receipt Number: LIN *********
Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status
Current Status:
On July 6, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

I got return receipt...

Since I requested a return recipt, I got that back today in the mail that they have received my FRI response. Nice to know its there.
 
i just get my receipt too from the ins

my online status is still the same ,no change so far

today i got the green receipt that shows my mail was delivered to nebraska on july 5

On July 8, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. Hey PM: Now the wait is almost over..right?

Thanks Free100. Its a nice thought but the wait is not over just yet. Now. I'll wait for a notice to take Biometrics and after that I can sit tight and wait for approval within few months (normally three months)
