TO OR NOT TO file concurrent I-140 & 485

hi All,

I wanted some info on concurrent filing.
I am thinking of using a substitute labor & concurrent filing of I-140 & 485.

whats the implication of Denial of 485 in case the I-140 gets rejected. will it have any effect on my future attempts for GC. ( I mean to say , will it have any impact when i apply for 485 again).

add on this issue querry

and if we file EAD also along with I140 and I485 .After EAD approval and I140 rejected .What happens to H1B status.
