Hi POJ

Still no news

Sent e-mail to congressman today to see if he can chase


The last news I have from consulate is on 29th April 2005 saying they would seek advisory opinion to see if sone is protected under cspa. Attorney said this should not take 5 months to do


My attorney is also chasing and said #he is now in dialog with embassy# that was on 1st Sept 2005

Oh well tomorrow is another day!! every morning I rush to my computer to check for e-mails from attorney or consulate

I am determind to get son here, even if I have to sue BCIS

POJhow nice of you. Thanks for your caring. You are right, I've been very busy with my newborn son, and my two year old son too! I don't have much time for the computer. But I think is kind of a good thing, because I've relaxed a little with all the immigration stuff, and my mind is with my family and our well being instead of USCIS and all the anguish they can bring. I hope October will bring good news to everyone, so we can be free at last.

SUE, I hope you get good news on your son's case soon. I can imagine your suffering. You are in my prayers. Keep the faith.
