I saw you tried to investigate the RFE issues...Can I ask you a question regading that....
My RFE was issued on Mar 31st but didn't receive anything yet...Called my lawyer but they told me to wait...
Now I changed my job and in 2002 I didnot work for 6 months (did some odd job and I have w2 for that). First 3 months I worked with my previous employer and the last 3 monthe with my new employer and working for that company till now with the same job category though salary is little bit less..
Now I saw most of the RFE is about w2/tax for last 3 yrs.. If they ask like that.. then what would be my option....
