Hi, found your post on cptracker.

I have a quection, NVC received my P3 on 5/3/04. My cp status w/ NVC is " your case was completed on 5/5/04, please wait for 8 weeks for further instruction" . What does it means, does it mean that the processing at NVC is finished, and case has been sent to teh Consulate or just that all documants are complete.

This means that the review of your case is done. You should hear an update in a few days, which will add to the above that the the case has been forwared you consulate in ____________ (where you have indicated).
