I just open the letter with I 797 of J1waiver approval

It took a 60 days from the filing date. Very fast.

Document stated that I need to start with my job with in 90 days …I will be graduating my 2nd year of fellowship in June…
Will I have any problems if I start my job after the graduation ?

You Will Have To File 129 ( H-1) After J1 Waiver Approval.that May Give You Some Breather.at Some Stage You Sign On A Letter Saying That You Will Start This Job Within 90 Days Of Approval.if You Plan To Work As A Specialist And Your Waiver Has Been Approved As Such Then You Have A Genuine Reason To Delay The Start Otherwise You May Be Stretching The Regulations And Your Own Signed Intent To Start Your Job In July But I Will Strongly Suggest To Consult A Lawyer If You Really Want To Keep Your Same Waiver Job.you May Have Option To Look For Excuses Like License Not Received Yet.
