To get a job to apply TN Visa at Houston

Hi All,
I am a new member of this forum. I am an electrical engineer and a Canadian. I have a bachelor of engineering (4 years degree, Electronics) from oversea country (not from US or not from Canada) and Master of Science (Electrical Engineering) from one of the top 15 university (university ranking in the world) from oversea country as well (not from US or not from Canada). I am a professional engineer in BC, Canada and I am a professional engineer with Texas, USA and working experience 15 years in electrical and automation engineering field. Currently, I am working as a electrical and automation engineer.

To get a job in Houston, Texas
1) Any idea how to apply a job in Houston? Just keep applied from LinkedIn or Indeed?
2) After I got a job in Houston, if I got the offer letter from US Employer, do you think can I easily applied TN Visa at POE nearby BC border?
3) If my TN Visa approved, my wife and my child TN Visas also approved?
4) My goal is to get Green Card, and should I directly applied EB2-National Interest Waiver (NIW)? OR I should apply TN visa with job--->stay for a few years and then apply H1B--->Then applied Green Card (GC)?
