Ganesh,
I need some info reagrding EAD.
The application says Signature cards.
Do we need signature cards if I mail my EAD application to NSC.
I will be soon filing my 485 with NSC along with EAD and AP.
I would appreciate your response

Gary Ray - I am not sure about it. I went to the Cincinnati, OH, INS office and applied for EAD in person.

However, My lawyer had prepared the EAD application and the signature card initally to send it to the INS Nebaraska. But it the last minute we did not send the EAD application along with the 485 application. It will be a good idea to send the signature card, just in case. They can use it if they want, if not fine.
 
No signature card required

I applied for EAD without signature card and I got my EAD.
