Can one change employement from the sponsoring company after I140 approval but before 485 application - provided i join a similar job, title, salary with another employer?

Can i go ahead with I485 filing on the basis of the new job which i joined using a H1 transfer? provide employment letter from this new company for 485 filing?

I have been talking to several attorneys and at least two of them said that we can exploit AC21. Any views on this.

is there a way to get going with 485?

assuming i file for a 140 amendment and 485 simultaneously..

can that do any good?
