hi

I need some help again to fill out the forms.

When for instance a person doesn't have a middle do you leave the space blank or put N/A?

For my baby boy question about spouse is not applicable do i put only one N/A or do i put it 3 times each one under spouse family name, first name, middle name.

I knows that this may sound stupid but i prefer to ask just to be on the safe side.

thanks again

Any question that is not applicable to an applicant, put N/A. Don't leave any part blank. For instance, where they are asking for your boy's spouse family name, first name and middle name, just put N/A under each column. Thus, N/A for family name, N/A for first name, and another N/A for middle name. The same applies to your boy's children, and etc.

Hi friends,
I don't have a middle name but I didn't put N/A in the middle name. I just left it blank. what kind of difficulty can I be into for this?

should I inform this to kcc?

Instructions clearly state that you should not leave any field blank. Why not simply follow these instructions? IMO, it can be a solid reason for the form to be rejected and then refiled. Nothing serious, just a waste of time.

They don't reject an application because of a missing N/A!

To answer the question, put N/A in ever field that is N/A for you.
