To Enter Usa From Canada-no Ap,visa Expired In Passport

My family and I have valid H1/H4 up to 2010.

I-485 and Advance parole are pending.(applied in June 2007,July 2007)

Can I enter USA from CANADA after 10 day visit to CANADA on only H1/H4 papers ?(previous H1/H4 visa expired in PassPorts)

Please advise and any USCIS rules stating no violation in status?

I assume your I-94s are valid till 2010. Use AVR (Automatic Visa Revalidation)
to enter USA.
