"On August 12, 2003, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice. Please contact the service center where you submitted your application during business hours."
The same in my wife's online status.
For my wife, she did not do the TB because of pregnancy at that time.
Would you like to tell me what they may require?
They just require my wife's medical inforamtion?
Or they also require my information? like Employment letter, W2 ETC.
What kind of documents should we prepare now?
Please share with your experience.

It is difficult to guess what might be the reason for RFE.
However in most cases this is what is being asked for:
W2 (last two years)
Tax returns (last two years)
Last six pay slips
Employment letter
Medicals

If I were you, I would keep all the documents listed above ready, and get a revised medical from the doctor for your wife with the TB checkbox checked.

Just wait. You have waited for 2 years, 14 days is nothing.

My fp is June26, 2002. I am afraid the fp will be expired next month. After I submitted the RFE, do I still need to do 2nd FP?
Usually how long does it take to get response after RFE submission?

My I140 is based on outstanding researcher.
Regarding the Employment letter, should I ask my supervisor to write it for me or should I ask human resources personnel to write for me?
In I140, my supervisor provided the job offer letter instead of the university. But I have some problems with the supervisor now, I am not sure if she can write me a letter indicating the job is permanent.
Do "permanent" must appear in the employment letter or not necessary? Can the letter just indicate that I work in the university with title and salary information? The human resources personnel told me that they can only provide a verification letter indicating my title and salary information. If I ask them to give me a letter, will the BCIS officer say that you I140 job offer letter is from your supervisor, why this employment letter is from human resources personnel?
Any advice is appreciated.

Since U did ur FP1 on 6/26/02 it would expire around 9/26/03 which means you have more than a month..!
Do respond to RFE ASAP so that it may take a while for the officer to review it and hope it happens before 9/26/03..
