We have filed for AP (I-131) more than 2 months and still pending with USCIS. Our current AP is already expired, no h1b/h4b anymore.
I know, if person leaves US without approved AP on hand means big mess and no chance of return back to USA.
I am scared because we both may have to visit asap to deal with health ( or death ) related emergency of loved ones. Is anyway to get emergency AP from local office? If yes, what is a procedure? I really appreciate your help.
