I have a question, I applied for I-485 and I had my ND this month. My company (Company A) is reorganizing. They (Company A) are selling some of their account to another company and my boss wants me to handle that account with Company B. Is it safe for me to go to Company B payroll while in GC process? Will it affect my GC process? Do I need to apply for a new H1 for Company B while working there? What do you guys suggest?

You should discuss your case with an immigration lawyer about this
change. In general, you have to start the whole process all over
again if leave the company within 180 days.
