i am on B1.B2 visa but now i am being sponsored by the hospital to get J1 visa. i will be filing my documents to ecfmg to get my J1 visa as soon as i receive my NOC from india.
i want to ask u one query. can i send my I-539 application form before i could receive DS 2019 for processing as my immigration is ending by december 26th?. do i need to send the original of the I- 94 form taking from my passport? kindly reply as i got only one to go. thank you n regards
