Hi Everyone,

I came to US in 2000 on J-1 summer travel, etc...
Changed to F-1 in a local community college and studied for 4.5 years.
Did CPT internship and got H-1b (didn't graduate) in 2005.
I have a BA degree from my country, but it's clearly matching my position and is evaluated in US.
All my papers are in order.

I'm going to Vancouver on March, 23.

Can anyone give me an approximate projection of what my chances are?
Is anyone else here with similar case?

Please respond asap! Tell me what you think! Thank you very much!
