Hi Guys,

Iam going through a touch situation, Iam about to file my 140/485 next week (all paper work done) mean while I got a very good offer from a different company which I can't refuse and they are ready to start my GC process again.

questions: 1.Can I continue my GC process with present company.
2.Do I need to continue my payroll with existing co.
3.Once the 140 is approved, can I transfer my 140 to new company after 180 days.

I appreciate your advise.

If you current company is not pulling of the plug then you can join the new company now, wait for 180 days of I140/485 & inform INS with AC-21.... Join new company with H1 trnasfer & make sure current company is not withdrawing application.

First let me thank you for your valuable advise. Do I need to wait for my 140 approval or just wait for 180 from day of file 140/485. My company is ready to do this as I will be sub-contracting them for 6 months.

Please advise.
