Hello Jim,
My I-140 was filed and approved a year ago. I filed my I-1485 in Jan 2003 , got my EAD. Can I change my Jobs now as my I-140 was filed and approved a year ago and assuming that my I-485 will not be adjudicated in 180 days??

AC21 -- Consider waiting for 180 days after I-485 filing

It is hard to say anything with certainity as the regulations for AC21 are not yet released. Regarding using AC21, waiting for 180 days AFTER I-485 filing may be a safe bet.

It seems that now even after 180 days this may not be entirely clear if the former employer revokes the I-140. See http://boards.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=82876

Jim,
My employer has promised me not to revoke the approved I-140, so can I still change the Job as My i-485 is pending and it is less than 180 days from the date of filing??
