Is there any reason why the Nebraska is not touching some files? Do They want to keep some files with them for long time!? or they misplace the files? or they want to make somebody cry?

Fellas,

Dont worry I was sep 2001 case and got approval on sep 5th my suggestion is to contact your senator. I did and within 2 weeks my case was approved and I have already got it stamped.

I firmily believe that contacting a senator and in turn him/her contacting BCIS does make a difference so try that route.

I did contact my senator last month

And I just got a response last week saying that my case was received in Oct 01, while INS/BCIS/USCIS/whatever is currently working on cases received on Aug 22 '01.

No news after FP. Contact Senator 3 months ago and kept calling her secretary every few weeks. No maracle shows up. Yesterday she said she just asked BCIS to send 2nd FP notice to me and I should get notice within 2 to 3 weeks. Hope this time it worked.
