I am on Unpaid Bench, Leave of absence from last 3 months, so don\'t have any pay-stubs for this period. Now I got RFE for employment letter and 3 recent pay-stubs. Employment letter is fine but what to do for 3 recent pay-stubs.
Please be advise what to do and how to tackle this situation. Also is ther any body else facing this kind of situation.

You can always say you were on a vacation and GC is always for
a future job , so need not worry .

even if you are on the bench or so called vacation,
can you get the paystubs marked as \'on vacation\',
with 0 salaray? basiclly what they need is a proof that you was leagally working and pay your taxes.
